offers a one-year local (Malaysia) manufacturer's warranty that covers :

- Device which has physical / cosmetic damage once unboxed
- Device which fails to charge correctly by using the Hyperice charger
- Device which is unable to connect or sync

Hyperice Malaysia one-year local warranty excludes :

- Hyperice purchases completed outside of Malaysia 

- Devices subjected to unauthorised repair or modifications
- Damaged devices caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, mishandling or transport 
- Devices not used in accordance with Hyperice care instructions
- Deterioration of delivered device resulting from abnormal storage or safeguarding conditions of client's premises
- Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase
